Job summary

Visit Independence is looking for an experienced Engineer to supervise a team at the Service Center in Independence, Missouri. This role involves managing engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in an engineering field and at least five years of experience, including supervisory skills. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible related experience.
• Two years in a supervisory position.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers and district planners.
• Serve as project manager on construction projects.
• Establish project budgets and schedules.
