Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Engineer III / Engineering Manager to assist the Project Manager in directing all engineering functions on a large construction management project. The role requires coordinating engineering processes with construction management, ensuring manuals are followed, and training the project team in procedures, document posting, and submittal review.

Missouri location and strong safety leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4–8+ years in construction management or lead engineering on large projects (~$75M).
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages all engineering processes with construction management.
• Ensures procedure manuals are followed and presented to A/E and Owners.
• Trains and educates project team in procedures, posting, and submittal review.
• Facilitates project meetings with A/E and Owners.
• Works with Project Engineers and Superintendents to coordinate jobsite safety.
• Estimates and processes change orders; prepares monthly pay requests.
• Establishes and manages schedule, cost, and control procedures.
• Writes scopes of work, assists with bid openings and tabulations.
