P1 Service, LLC in Lenexa, KS is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to support and assist the project manager in completing projects for the Kansas City metro.

You will help with contract documentation, budget, safety, statutory, and legal compliance, and coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and staff. Join a culture that values safety, teamwork, and quality while delivering turn-key electrical and facilities solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering or 5 years of related trade experience preferred.
• Ability to research the marketplace and develop targeted campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.
• Experience managing difficult customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Develops schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Visits jobsites to monitor progress and safety.
• Coordinate with project team on change orders and labor reports.
• Assist in start-up planning and execution.
• Provide timely information to owners and vendors.
• Assist in forecasting for monthly profit reviews.
• Build collaborative relationships with owners, GC, subs, and vendors.
• Coordinate material and manpower resources.
