Lockheed Martin is hiring a Senior Engineering Planner to join the Cyber Resiliency team. The role will drive staffing planning, metrics, and agile feature evaluation across programs, with a requirement to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET level clearance.

The position is hybrid, with on-site work in Syracuse, NY, and interaction with product owners, leads, and stakeholders to ensure milestone delivery and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tool suite.
• Experience managing staffing and resource allocations.
• Experience performing administrative duties including record keeping, data entry/analysis, and report generation.

Responsabilités

• Collecting and compiling metrics to be reviewed with product leads and manager(s) for quality and data validity.
• Preparing labor charging and technical artifact counts for metrics calculation using the guidance of the baseline leads.
• Collecting and evaluating workforce planning reports to support future staffing planning.
• Tracking, comparing, and reporting weekly actuals against monthly staffing plans across all programs and projects.
• Evaluating planned vs actual product development features using agile methodology.
• Maintaining a centralized dashboard for all program milestones.

THE WORK

The Engineering Planner, Senior at Lockheed Martin will be part of the Cyber Resiliency team and will be responsible for:

Please Note: This position requires ability to maintain a government DoD SECRET level clearance.

This position is hybrid, and applicants should be available to work on site (Syracuse, NY)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited College
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office tool suite
• Experience managing staffing and resource allocations
• Experience performing administrative duties including record keeping, data entry/analysis, and report generation
• Effectively able to communicate with customers, stakeholders, and teammates.
• Ability to obtain an Interim and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Desire to grow in a Cyber Resiliency and Project Management career path

Desired Skills

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and logistics.
• Self-starter, able to follow direction but also anticipate gaps and needs, and resolve proactively.
• Cost account management experience or related experience managing financials and/or payroll.
• Experience presenting to leadership.
• Experience in data collection and analysis of performance metrics.
• Ability to work under fluctuating schedules and firm deadlines.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
