Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering operations, program or technical operations.
• 3+ years supporting software engineering, product, or tech teams in a matrix org.
• 3+ years managing budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, contracts, or invoices.
• 3+ years creating executive reports, dashboards, OKRs, KPIs, or governance materials.
• 2+ years coordinating workforce operations, SaaS assets, or disaster recovery planning.
• 3+ years using productivity, project-management, financial, or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning cycles (annual, quarterly, monthly) and maintain OKRs, KPIs, milestones, dependencies, action logs, risk registers, and executive status reporting.
• Monitor initiative health, team capacity, resource allocation, workload, and cross-functional risks with Delivery and Product leaders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, spend on software/cloud costs, funding requests, and cost-optimization with Finance and Procurement.
• Coordinate workforce operations, onboarding/offboarding, leadership meetings, and business reviews.
• Oversee SaaS assets, licenses, vendor renewals, invoices, and performance documentation for spend visibility and compliance.
• Coordinate security access reviews, audit requests, disaster recovery plans, learning programs, and operational process docs.
