CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to strengthen execution across Engineering, Product, and Delivery. You will translate priorities into clear plans, reports, and governance structures so teams can deliver business value at scale.

You will lead planning cycles, monitor initiative health and capacity, and manage cloud costs with Finance and Procurement. The role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and proactive risk management within a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering operations, program management, or related functions.
• 3+ years supporting software engineering, product, or technology teams in a matrixed org.
• 3+ years managing budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, contracts, or invoices.
• 3+ years creating and maintaining executive reports, dashboards, OKRs, KPIs, or governance materials.
• 2+ years coordinating workforce operations, SaaS assets, or security/compliance activities.
• 3+ years using productivity, project-management, financial, or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning cycles (annual, quarterly, monthly) and maintain OKRs, KPIs, milestones, dependencies, risk logs, and exec status.
• Partner with Delivery and Product leaders to monitor initiative health, capacity, and cross-functional risks.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, software and cloud costs, funding requests, and cost-optimization opportunities with Finance/Procurement.
• Coordinate workforce operations: onboarding/offboarding, leadership meetings, business reviews, and communications.
• Oversee SaaS assets, licenses, vendors, renewals, SLAs, invoices, and performance documentation for spend visibility and compliance.
• Coordinate security access reviews, disaster recovery plans, remediation tracking, and operational process documentation.
