Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to strengthen execution, financial stewardship, and governance across Engineering, Product, and Delivery. You will translate priorities into clear plans, reporting, controls, and follow-through so teams can deliver business value at scale.

Qualifications

5+ years in engineering operations, program or technical operations.
3+ years supporting software engineering, product or tech teams.
3+ years managing budgets, vendor spend, contracts, or invoices.
3+ years creating executive reports, dashboards, or governance materials.
2+ years coordinating workforce ops, licenses, or SaaS assets.

Responsibilities

Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly planning; maintain OKRs, KPIs, milestones and risk logs.
Monitor initiative health, team capacity, and cross‑functional risks with leaders.
Manage budgets, forecasts, software and cloud costs, and cost optimization.
Coordinate onboarding, leadership meetings, business reviews, and change activities.
Oversee SaaS assets, licenses, vendors, renewals, and invoices for spend visibility.
Coordinate security reviews, disaster recovery plans, and audit remediation.
