Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician to manage electrical and mechanical equipment in our data centers. This role involves frontline troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting operations teams to keep critical infrastructure running smoothly.
The position requires a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a willingness to work a rotating 12‑hour shift schedule in a demanding, high‑security environment.

The Data Center Engineering Operations Technician (EOT) is Amazon’s front‑line responder for hands‑on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation. This equipment includes stand‑by diesel generators, switchboards, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems. The position requires a US citizen with an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
