Job summary

Pike Engineering is seeking an Operations Supervisor to act as the local liaison between engineering teams and clients, supervising and mentoring design staff. You will ensure alignment with client expectations and Pike standards across projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, approving timesheets, and supporting marketing efforts. Periodic field deployments may be required to manage storm-related operations and ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

• Graduate with two-year degree in an Engineering Technology or related field and/or minimum of five years of related communications or distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor design staff, acting as local liaison between Pike Engineering and the client.
• Coordinate project workflow and ensure compliance with client and Pike Engineering standards.
• Approve employee timesheets and review performance with management.
• Assist in marketing Pike Engineering's design/engineering services to clients and prospects.
• Deploy as Field Manager during major storm event deployments.
