Qualifications

• Graduate with a two-year degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
• Minimum of five years of related communications or distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Energetically support the organization’s vision and strategy and demonstrate initiative and accountability to meet work demands.
• Communicates with the client to ensure Pike Engineering employees are productive and responsive to client needs.
• Assists in onboarding new employees to the area with orientation and job-specific training.
• Reviews effectiveness of service with client supervision/management and addresses client concerns.
• Coordinate efforts with Manager, VP, and PE to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and client standards.
• Direct project workflow and communicate with management on activities and accomplishments.
• As directed, coordinate customer satisfaction surveys for staff augmentation positions.
• Provide formal employee appraisals with manager/VP approval.
