Job summary

InPwr, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to own and improve engineering department workflows. You will ensure projects are tracked, compliant, and executed consistently through established systems and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in construction, engineering, or design environments.
• Proven track record improving workflows, systems, or operational processes.
• Strong understanding of design and construction workflows preferred.
• Ability to manage and improve processes across multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive accountability and enforce standards across cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail with focus on consistency and process effectiveness.
• Strong communication and leadership across engineering, BIM, VDC, and preconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and continuous improvement of the Engineering Department QMS across active projects.
• Establish and maintain full visibility of all projects and ensure none go untracked.
• Lead weekly Engineering Department WIP meetings to drive accountability and progress.
• Evaluate workflows across engineering, BIM, VDC, and preconstruction and implement efficiency improvements.
• Own Autodesk Build structure, standards, and data integrity as a reliable source of truth.
• Escalate issues and drive corrective actions with recommended solutions.
• Develop, track, and close SOPs aligning with department operations.
• Deliver weekly project risk and bottleneck reports.
