LevelTen Energy in Seattle is seeking a Program Manager, Engineering Operations to lead hands-on engineering projects and drive operational improvements.

You will partner with Technical Program Management, support release operations, and build tooling and dashboards to streamline delivery across engineering, product, data, analytics, and infrastructure. A hybrid Seattle role offers impact beyond a single team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in technical program management, engineering operations, or delivery-focused role in software.
• Knowledge of Kanban, Scrum, and Agile practices; ability to apply the right method.
• Ability to manage timelines and deliverables across teams you do not directly manage.
• Strong analytical skills for delivery data; comfortable deriving insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to shift to executive summaries.
• Able to work in a matrixed organization and influence without authority.
• Hands-on experience using Claude AI tools to accelerate program work.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence as primary PM tools.
• Experience bridging product engineering and data/analytics contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of internal engineering projects with milestones and timelines.
• Develop contingency plans for dependencies, resources, and scope changes.
• Navigate a matrixed organization; sequence work when priorities collide and communicate impact.
• Serve as embedded PM for assigned teams; manage intake, tracking, and delivery visibility.
• Coordinate releases across weekly feature batches, vulnerabilities, and hotfixes.
• Run cadence: status updates, decision logs, meetings, and action item follow-through.
• Analyze delivery metrics and maintain SDLC documentation for consistency.
• Support vendor governance, onboarding, and reporting for contracted partners.
• Reduce manual work via tooling; build dashboards and summaries for leadership.
