Job summary

CorSource Technology Group in Portland, Oregon is seeking a full-time Engineering Operations Specialist (Eng Supp Spec 2) to support the TFH group in Vancouver. This contract role focuses on ensuring government-furnished material availability for construction contractors, coordinating with CORs and COs, and providing detailed material requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing Bills of Materials, generating material lists, expediting shipments, and maintaining compliant records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, supply and logistics, construction management or engineering.
• This is a Level 2 position: 5 years of engineering operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review Bills of Materials and availability of Government Furnished Materials (GFM).
• Provide construction contractors with detailed material lists and quantities.
• Monitor material availability and notify project teams of issues; coordinate with CORs/COs.
• Assist in expediting materials and tracking shipments to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain records and reports in compliance with INFOSEC/IGLM standards.
