Job summary

CorSource Technology Group in Portland, Oregon seeks a Program Support Specialist for a 12-month assignment. You will serve as a technology procurement and records coordinator to support the CIO’s Internal Business Operations team, ensuring compliant, efficient procurement actions for federal government clients.

The role emphasizes process-driven work, quality assurance of requisitions, and maintaining audit-ready documentation with strict data governance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in IT, business systems, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience with an applicable Associate’s degree; 3 years if no degree.
• Experience in IT purchasing, procurement support, and business analysis.
• Experience managing a shared inbox or ticketing system.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint; strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the BuyIT inbox, triage inquiries, and log requests.
• Redirect requestors to official submission portals with clear instructions.
• Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and ensure proper routing.
• Track contract renewals and coordinate with COR on submission packages.
• Obtain government cost estimates from publishers/vendors as directed.
• Gather documentation for requisitions and perform QA on packages.
• Create and maintain a centralized document repository per INFOSEC/IGLM.
• Ensure audit-ready records and restrict access to need-to-know personnel.
• Support monthly accrual coordination and timely financial submissions.
