Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction and Maintenance Material Coordinator in Vancouver, WA. The role supports the BPA TFH group by coordinating government-furnished materials and maintaining project material visibility to contractors.

Responsibilities include reviewing BOMs, preparing material lists, expediting materials as needed, and communicating with CORs, COs, and project teams to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• 5 years of engineering operations experience supporting construction logistics
• Broad knowledge of engineering operations policies and procedures
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Excel VBA, and SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Review Bills of Materials and government-furnished materials availability for NTP
• Provide contractors with detailed lists of materials and quantities
• Track material availability and submit notifications of potential shortages
• Coordinate release of materials and shipments with Receiving and Shipping
• Create MR and material returns per established procedures
• Attend meetings and provide material status updates to project teams
