KBR's Marine Corps Prepositioning Program in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Engineering Operations Manager to oversee technicians and mechanics responsible for installing, operating, repairing and maintaining equipment and systems in MPF maintenance operations. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and effective customer interfacing.

Key duties include guiding department activities, monitoring budgets and performance, and ensuring quality outputs while maintaining ISO-related policies.

Competenze

• Must pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a Secret Clearance.
• BS degree in industrial engineering or logistics management or equivalent.
• 10 years in maintenance/logistic environment with 6 years supervisory experience.

• Coordinate department activities for optimum use of equipment, facilities and personnel.
• Review expenditure, financial and operations reports to advise on efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationship with customer as primary interface for Engineer section.
• Create a safe work environment per site safety regulations.
