Job summary

KBR is looking for an Engineering Operations Manager to oversee skilled technicians and mechanics at the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program in Jacksonville, Florida. This role focuses on managing maintenance operations for various equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics and supervision, with at least 10 years of related experience and a BS degree in industrial engineering or logistics management.

Qualifications

• 10 years of directly related work experience in maintenance/logistics.
• 6 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance/logistics environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of technicians and mechanics in various tasks.
• Coordinate department activities to optimize equipment and personnel use.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure compliance.
