Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years in engineering/maintenance or related area; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
• Or 2-year degree in Building/Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major with 4 years experience in engineering/maintenance or related area; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Managing Engineering Operations and Budgets.
• Oversees maintenance of physical plant including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Administers service contracts to support property needs.
• Manages controllable expenses and energy usage.
• Develops engineering operating strategies aligned with business goals.
• Reviews financial reports to assess performance against budget.
• Ensures compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Communicates departmental goals and ensures timely project completion.
