Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or related professional area.
• Technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
• Option: 2-year degree with 4 years experience in engineering and maintenance or related area.

Responsibilities

• Manage Engineering Operations and Budgets.
• Oversee the physical plant: equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems.
• Administer service contracts to support property needs.
• Ensure fire crew understands procedures, equipment and alarms.
• Coach and support engineering leadership to manage controllable expenses.
• Develop engineering operating strategy aligned with property/brand goals.
• Develop and manage Engineering budget and long-term asset plans.
• Review financial reports to monitor budget performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and life safety systems.
• Maintain licenses, permits, and certifications; administer property policies.
