Job summary

EY is seeking an Engineering Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of a fast-moving engineering organization. This role focuses on removing friction for the engineering team, coordinating across functions, and handling recurring administrative tasks to keep projects moving.

The successful candidate will own software licenses, manage vendor relationships, procurement, and budget tracking, while ensuring compliance and meticulous record keeping across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in an administrative, operations, procurement, or coordination role.
• Experience managing renewals, procurement, budgets, or vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the software license lifecycle including procurement, renewals, tracking, and retirement.
• Manage vendor relationships: quotes, contracts, renewals, and points of contact.
• Handle purchasing: purchase requests, orders, approvals, and invoicing.
• Monitor team budgets and maintain accurate records for leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning.
