Job summary

Banner Defense, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Operations Lead to support the Missile Defense Agency programs.

You will serve as the central operational integrator, manage high-tempo executive rhythms, and coordinate cross-directorate communications to keep critical tests ready. Candidates should have an active DoD Secret clearance, a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and proven ability to lead staff, consolidate briefings, and manage taskers in DoD

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years' experience.
• Experience managing operational battle rhythms and executive briefings for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end rhythm for weekly division staff meetings and pre-briefs.
• Coordinate executive updates on baselines, schedules, and technical accomplishments for DE.
• Aggregate and format status briefings for the Program Director and Front Office.
• Lead DTTE Tasking Management in ETMS2 and ensure timely closure of taskers.
• Maintain configuration-controlled baseline archives on SharePoint and DoD networks.
