Job summary

Great Gray Group, a leading independent provider of trustee and administrative services, seeks an experienced operations leader to own delivery across Engineering teams and define standard practices. You will govern Jira, stand-ups, escalations, and SLAs while tracking PRDs, stories, and due dates, surfacing blockers early.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in operations, delivery management, or program management, including 2+ years in a lead role.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Salesforce or comparable case management tools, and defining/enforcing SOPs.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools and working familiarity with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Own operational discipline and delivery tracking across all of Engineering.
• Set the operating standards that Engineering runs on, including Jira, stand-ups, escalation, and SLAs.
• Define and maintain SOPs for Agile methodology, Jira usage, refinement, and stand-ups across all Engineering teams.
• Track PRDs, TRDs, Jira epics and stories, story points, and due dates, surfacing blockers and risks early.
• Own the escalation path for customer-reported issues and manage data SLAs with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
