Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee a small office supporting one or more service lines.
• Manage profit/loss, staff, and project oversight.
• Review contracts and proposals prepared by office personnel.
• Monitor project status and coordinate with staff.
• Support business development and client relationships for future work.
• Ensure compliance with strategic plan and regional growth targets.
• Manage risk and ensure contracts are signed and fully executed.
• Promote safety, quality control, and continuous improvement.
