Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Graduation date December 2027 or later
• Cumulative GPA >= 3.0 (out of 4.0)
• Willing to explore all sides of Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Materials, Lean, Distribution)

Responsibilities

• Set goals and objectives for your co-op rotation with your assignment leader
• Lead teams across multiple levels through influence
• Develop and implement process improvements
• Assist in development and execution of project ideas
• Demonstrate analytical problem‑solving approaches
• Work independently and participate in regular feedback sessions
• Travel 0%–10% depending on role
• Hours and weekends: some overtime and Saturdays may be required
