Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team focused on user-mode security architecture for Windows. You will own roadmaps, drive designs across cross-platform components, and mentor engineers to deliver high-performance features with cost-conscious design.

You will oversee collaboration with sensor teams and ensure rigorous reviews, testing, and safe rollouts while championing ownership and independent problem-solving across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Engineering Manager leading a distributed team to ship major features and releases.
• Track record of shipping systems-level software at scale (agents, kernels, OS components).
• Hands-on systems programming experience and solid OS internals knowledge, preferably on Windows, macOS or Linux.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineers across the US and the EU.
• Own your team's roadmap and delivery from design through release, with components across Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Guide designs for cross-platform features touching file system, processes, memory, and networking subsystems.
• Collaborate with peer sensor teams and present progress after each deliverable.
• Set high standards for engineering quality: design/code reviews, testing strategy, performance, and safe rollout.
• Coach engineers through career growth and performance conversations.
