You'll coach engineers, drive delivery, and shape architectural direction in a fast-paced startup environment that values work-life balance and meaningful equity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in engineering management with delivery track record.
• 8+ years building web systems and frontend tech.
• Strong ability to translate product needs into scalable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of a cross-functional sprint team with clear priorities.
• Partner with product, design, and growth to solve acquisition and onboarding challenges.
• Drive development of CMS, landing page tooling, design system, and performance infra.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture and implementation decisions.
• Coach engineers through feedback, mentorship, and career growth.
