Job summary

SEH is seeking a Water Engineer / Project Manager to lead water/wastewater projects in the United States. The role focuses on planning, design, and construction of treatment, pumping, distribution, and storage systems, with open Florida residency for qualified candidates.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain close client relationships while delivering innovative solutions for communities served by SEH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience managing multi-discipline infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of water treatment systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage water infrastructure projects and project teams through planning, design, and construction.
• Develop solutions to complex water treatment challenges with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver innovative project solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients throughout development and after completion.
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
