Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking a Program Manager within the Scaled Engineering Services and Advisory practice to lead software and product innovation initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate engagement teams, and mentor junior staff while upholding integrity and PwC values.

You will work with a range of technologies, guide feature prioritization, ensure ATDD/CI/CD practices, and drive continuous improvement across projects to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years specialized PM training per missing year.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Engineering Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group from planning to delivery.
• Develop project plans and manage full lifecycle to drive outcomes.
• Guide teams through complex tech challenges ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and improvements.
• Oversee integration of enterprise apps using Appian, Mendix, OutSystems.
