Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking an operations-focused professional to lead store efficiency in a high-volume retail environment. You will oversee inventory accuracy, product flow, and staff training on technology and procedures, while partnering with the GM and cross-functional teams to manage annual budgets and staffing plans.

The role requires 3–5 years in stock or operations, open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights and weekends, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of stock or operations-related experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• You will be the operational expert, fully versed in store policies and procedures across inventory, staff training on technology and procedures, budget management with GM and cross-functional partners, and leading by example to uphold high standards of excellence.
• Support customer experience by collaborating with PR/Marketing for special events and maintain a highly standardized work environment to ensure transformational customer experiences.
