Premier Pan / USA Pan is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and tool room functions across two facilities. You will oversee stamping die development, maintenance, and execution of capital projects, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and expertise in CAD/CAM tools, PLCs, and robotics. Collaboration with Automation, Safety, and Maintenance teams is essential to drive process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience directing teams of design engineers and tool room personnel in a metal stamping environment.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics to troubleshoot equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of industrial controls including PLCs (Allen Bradley) and robotics (Fanuc) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools (SolidWorks, Mastercam) and data analysis/maintenance software (Upkeep).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.

• Develop and manage capital expense and project budgets with safety and quality targets.
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices and innovations.
• Supervise development of stamping dies for new products and troubleshoot existing dies.
• Direct Tool Room scheduling and capability development.
• Communicate project progress and recommendations to stakeholders and upper management.
• Lead root-cause analyses and corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
