Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to provide leadership and technical oversight for engineering services under contract at Marshall Space Flight Center.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical excellence, and deliver high-quality, timely solutions in a dynamic, client-focused environment. You will collaborate with program leadership to align deliverables with client expectations, mentor staff, and manage schedules and costs

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• PE registration or licensed architect preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant engineering experience, with supervision.
• Experience in aerospace, federal, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and project execution.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, civil disciplines.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of engineering tasks for facilities.
• Coordinate with NASA stakeholders and project partners.
• Ensure compliance with standards and QA requirements.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring for staff.
• Monitor performance, schedule, and cost metrics.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Represent engineering team in meetings with NASA and project partners.
• Coordinate between engineering, construction supervision, GIS, and inspection teams.
