Job summary

You will oversee engineers, business analysts, and QA, drive full SDLC, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure quality, and promote best practices, governance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise software through the full SDLC.
• Experience with application development, systems integration, and ETL/data integration.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Understanding of OO programming and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with source control and development management tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers, business analysts, and QA professionals.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, analysis, and testing to deliver solutions.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements through production support.
• Partner with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Provide effort estimates, resource planning, and delivery oversight.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software meeting regulatory and security requirements.
• Oversee development, integrations, and ETL processes for core operations and reporting.
• Promote best practices in engineering, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and infra teams to ensure scalable solutions.
• Support Agile delivery and continuous improvement across team processes.
