Amazon Leo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the PAA Manufacturing Test engineering team. You will own people, processes and equipment for functional and environmental tests, guiding engineers and setting technical direction for satellite hardware testing.

You will manage ambiguity, solve scale challenges, and drive improvements with a high-performing team impacting millions of customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 5+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance or hands-on engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of test process and frontline support engineers for phased-array antenna manufacturing.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineering talent and conduct performance reviews.
• Set goals and priorities, fostering ownership, safety and continuous improvement.
