Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, hardware, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including software engineering, hardware engineering, product management, and business development to define and execute technical strategies for MSS, LPEP and their customers.
• Serve as a key liaison between platform customers - access owners, data consumers, and manufacturing teams - and the software development teams, gathering requirements, identifying opportunities, and championing solutions that address customer pain points while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Establish and maintain robust program management processes to track goals, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with Amazon Leo's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Leadership to author Monthly Business Review (MBR), and other rhythm of business updates.
