Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks a Sr. PCBA Aerospace Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead test deployment and debugging of satellite PCBAs at Contract Manufacturing sites. You will document procedures, train CM personnel, and provide onsite support while collaborating with internal test teams.

The role demands deep debugging expertise and strong leadership in a hands-on environment. You will interface between Amazon Leo's internal test development teams and our manufacturing partners, ensuring robust test

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years deploying and training others on complex test systems (RF tests, high power tests, ICT fixtures).
8+ years' experience integrating software and hardware systems.
8+ years' experience using lab test equipment to debug PCBA.

Responsibilities

Develop test strategies and optimize test setup at Contract Manufacturing sites.
Perform PCBA debugging and root-cause analysis; create runbooks and train technicians.
Collaborate with R&D to improve test systems, fixtures, and procedures.
Analyze data to identify failure trends and recommend improvements.
Create procedures and documentation for test operators; train staff.
Lead small teams to achieve objectives and drive initiatives.
