NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara is seeking a deeply technical engineering manager to lead a core team building a production platform for agentic engineering. You will translate precise specifications into production-ready C/C++ and Rust software for safety-critical driver development.

You will define architecture and strategy, build real workflows, and validate results across DRIVE OS teams. This role demands 10+ years in software with leadership and strong collaboration skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/engineering.
• 10+ years software engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale software projects.
• Understanding of safety-critical development and ISO 26262/DO-178C.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-impact core team building the future safety-ready agentic workflow for complex C/C++/Rust systems software and drivers.
• Define the architecture and technical strategy for taking clear specifications through design, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, validation, review, and release.
• Build agents and workflows that perform real systems-development work, including feature implementation, defect diagnosis and repair, regression analysis, refactoring, test development, performance optimization, and compatibility analysis.
• Develop the harnesses, skills, tools, evaluations, deterministic validators, observability, and feedback loops that make agentic development dependable and continuously improving.
