Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead the DevOps, Build Engineering and Infrastructure team. You will guide a high-performing group delivering core software for CUDA driver, runtime, and libraries in C++, Python, and Rust, including CCCL, cuda-python, and related tools.

This role blends hands-on leadership with architecture and end-to-end operations. Responsibilities include defining vision, managing priorities, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of software engineering, including 6+ years leading teams and mentoring engineers.
• Proven delivery of build systems, CI/CD platforms, and great developer experience.
• Experience defining technical strategy and leading architecture of distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers for CI/CD and platform development.
• Define engineering vision, architecture, and multi-quarter roadmap for developer experience across a global workforce.
• Plan and manage team execution: prioritization, workload balancing, and delivery.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Perforce, Git, GitHub, GitLab, and CI/CD platforms.
• Deliver a new platform that accelerates software development and delivery.
• Ensure reliability, security, privacy, accessibility, and responsible AI in product design and deployment.
