Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex software projects.
• Strong understanding of safety-critical system development and ISO 26262/DO-178C.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and partnership skills enabling cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-impact core team building the agentic workflow for C/C++/Rust systems software and drivers.
• Define the architecture and technical strategy from design to release.
• Build agents and workflows performing real systems-development work, including feature implementation and defect repair.
• Develop harnesses, validators, observability, and feedback loops for dependable development.
• Foster an engineering culture with invention, intellectual honesty, technical depth, evidence, and quality.
