Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead the DevOps, Build Engineering and Infrastructure team. You will guide a high‑performing group responsible for building, testing, and releasing core software for CUDA driver, runtime, and libraries in C++, Python and Rust.

You will define the engineering vision, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, and ensure reliability, security, and scalable developer experiences across global teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 6+ years leading and mentoring engineers.
• Proven success delivering build systems and CI/CD platforms for developer experiences.
• Experience defining technical strategy and leading architecture of distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of build systems, C++, CUDA, and packaging processes (CMake/Bazel).

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers building employee-facing products, CI/CD, and AI experiences.
• Define engineering vision, architecture, roadmap, and success metrics for a global platform.
• Plan team execution, priorities, workload balance, and predictable delivery.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Perforce, Git, GitHub, GitLab, and CI/CD platforms.
• Raise the bar for architecture, testing, documentation, and developer productivity.
• Own operational health, reliability, observability, capacity, and cost efficiency while upholding security and privacy.
