Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a deeply technical engineering manager to lead the core team building the agentic workflow for complex C/C++/Rust systems software and drivers. You will combine AI agents, systems engineering, deterministic validation, security, and functional-safety practices into a production platform.

You will prove it against real driver-development work, then scale successes across DRIVE OS teams. The role demands leadership, architecture, and hands-on delivery of high-impact software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering.
• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale software projects.
• Knowledge of safety-critical development standards (ISO 26262, DO-178C).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and pressure handling.
• Effective cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-impact core team building the agentic workflow for C/C++/Rust systems software and drivers.
• Define architecture and technical strategy from design to release.
• Build harnesses and workflows for real systems-development work, including feature implementation and defect repair.
• Develop validators, observability, and feedback loops for dependable agentic development.
• Foster an engineering culture with high standards and evidence-based decisions.
