Arthrex is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering – Repair Operations to lead the engineering team supporting repair centers worldwide. You will drive repair process development, transfer, validation, and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality repair capabilities and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D, and ensuring efficient, compliant repair operations with a focus on customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering required.
• 10 years of relevant experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Manufacturing and Repair process knowledge.
• Technical knowledge in development methodologies, design, and project implementation.
• Proficiency in statistical and analytical techniques for problem-solving (Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Engineering team, ensuring timely execution of projects, technical support activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing engineering team through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Direct the development, transfer, validation, and sustainment of repair processes, equipment, tooling, and test methods to support repair and investigations.
• Ensure repair centers have capabilities, documentation, infrastructure, and engineering support to maintain efficient operations.
• Lead the implementation and transfer of repair lines, including qualification, validation, capacity planning, and readiness.
• Develop and maintain repair procedures, troubleshooting guides, work instructions, and technical documentation.
