Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering – Repair Operations to lead a global team responsible for advancing repair processes and capabilities across repair centers. You will drive implementation, transfer, and continuous improvement of repair technologies and methods to restore equipment to the highest quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering required.
• 10 years of relevant experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering team, ensuring timely execution of projects, support activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing engineering team through coaching and career development.
• Direct the development, transfer, validation, and sustainment of repair processes, equipment, tooling, and test methods.
• Ensure repair centers have needed capabilities, documentation, infrastructure, and engineering support for compliant repair operations.
• Lead repair lines transfer and expansion, including process qualification, validation, and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain repair procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
