Brim Financial is seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide a fast-growing fintech’s software organization. You will lead and develop a team of engineers, set goals, prioritize initiatives, and drive delivery and velocity across the stack.

You’ll shape CI/CD standards, promote full-stack ownership, and collaborate with product stakeholders to accelerate feature velocity while maintaining quality. Remote-first culture, competitive compensation and equity are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership exposure
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across APIs and distributed systems
• Experience in scaling platforms and mentoring engineers
