This hands-on leadership role requires coaching, architecture, and ownership, with a focus on delivering customer impact through high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on cloud-based applications.
• Experience in engineering management or equivalent coaching and leadership experience as an individual contributor.
• Exceptional problem-solving and deep understanding of software engineering.
• Clear and structured communication skills with ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders across disciplines.
• Strong frontend expertise with modern web technologies and customer-facing frontend applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach engineering teams to consistently deliver outstanding customer value.
• Nurture the professional growth of engineers, including onboarding and performance management.
• Plan work, remove blockers, orchestrate dependencies, and foster clear communication within and beyond the team.
• Collaborate with product managers to define what to build and how to build it.
• Drive technical solution design and implementation, and manage debt and toil.
