We are seeking a senior engineering leader to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, shaping technical direction and translating product needs into engineering priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years managing or technically leading engineers.

Who We Hope You Are:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful experience building production software systems.
• 2+ years managing or technically leading engineers, with a track record of hiring and developing strong talent.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience building AI-powered or AI-native products, especially with LLMs or agentic workflows.
• Experience using AI coding tools to accelerate development while applying strong engineering judgment.
• Experience in fast-paced startups or complex regulated domains like insurance or fintech.
