Job summary

Humata Health is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on full‑stack product development, data engineering, and BI. You will own people, processes, and technical direction for engineers working with C#, SQL, Vue 3, and Power BI.

You will coach, review architecture, and connect team work to impactful health outcomes while driving delivery and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2 years in mgmt or team lead role.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, SQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue 3.
• Experience in data engineering and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage engineers across full-stack, data engineering, and BI disciplines.
• Drive performance cycles: goals, check-ins, reviews, and improvement plans.
• Partner with recruiting to attract and onboard top engineering talent.
• Build a culture of psychological safety, feedback, and high accountability.
• Oversee data pipelines, ETL/ELT, quality, and CI/CD practices.
