Job summary

RailPros seeks a seasoned engineer to lead the Omaha Structures Group, guiding a technical discipline team and setting engineering standards. You will prioritize programs with complex features while reconciling competing directions and making strategic decisions with broad impact.

The role emphasizes leadership, standards development, and travel readiness to support headquarters and field sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE), or CLPO authorization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical discipline team for the organization.
• Develop standards and guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as required to meet business needs.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
• This position may require travel to RailPros headquarters, field offices, client offices, work sites and other project locations.
