Job summary

RailPros is seeking an Omaha Structures Group Lead to guide a technical discipline team, set priorities, and reconcile competing directions on complex programs. The role demands mature judgment, bold decision-making, and the ability to influence extensive organizational activities.

Travel to headquarters, field offices, or client sites may be required. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program and a PE or CLPOMembership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET/EAC accredited program.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or CLPOMember preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

This position also makes decisions and recommendations that are authoritative and have an important impact on extensive organizational activities.
