You will help plan growth, set timelines, and foster a healthy team culture, with a focus on delivering high‑quality software for transactional, time‑series, and analytical workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience building production‑level code with a large user base and robust design structure.
• Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design/architecture.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience; fluent in C++.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software engineers, supporting their success and career growth.
• Makes coding contributions to the team’s projects as needed.
• Provide feedback on system architecture and new feature designs.
• Help remove technical blockers and coordinate dependencies with other teams.
• Participate in planning for organizational growth and future hiring.
