A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager for a position based in Southeast Michigan. In this role, you'll lead the plant’s engineering and maintenance functions while helping maximize equipment reliability, production uptime, and overall manufacturing performance.
